Pastilla Nash Christmas Log

pastillaxmas1

Fine food lovers and those with a discerning palate will enjoy the newest addition to the Pastilla Nash family with the arrival of Pastilla Nash Christmas Log.

Following on from the success of Pastilla Nash prune & walnut log came sugarplum and hazelnut log and now the limited edition Christmas Log as a special treat during the festive season.

Handmade with organic Australian prunes, roasted almonds from Tasmania and red glace cherries with a mix of Christmas spices; cloves, nutmeg, cinnamon and ginger, this new product has garnered a following in the few weeks since Jan created it.

Jan, a trained Cordon Bleu chef is proud to use only Australian organic prunes and the freshest nuts to make the logs which are all hand made in Sydney and enjoyed around Australia, overseas and even in the air with Qantas serving on their business and first class service!

Jan decided to create the Christmas log to her range as a thank you to the devotees who email her raving about the products and for those who knock on the Paddington doors asking what the divine aromas wafting out of her kitchens are.

Her products can be enjoyed as a guilt free treat on their own or served with cheese, coffee, tea or champagne.  They make a gorgeous addition when styling a cheese platter.   As they are all Australian made, they make a wonderful gift to take or send to friends overseas!

Pastilla Nash logs are 260gm each. They are available at fine delicatessens, cheese shops and good food stores including Thomas Dux and David Jones.  750gm logs are available by contacting Jan on the website.

Jan is proudly waving the Australian flag as Pastilla Nash products are exported to more than 12 countries where they grace the shelves of the finest stores.

Pastilla Nash products are gluten and wheat free, licensed by the Coeliac Society of Australia and are Kosher and Halal certified.
