55 years - Buderim Ginger Marmalade

Like all Buderim Ginger products, the marmalade is the enemy of bland and has been created from the finest ginger and natural ingredients, delivering a flavour hit like no other. The Aussie staple for over half a century is the pride and joy of Queensland's Buderim Ginger.

The earliest recipe for the Original Ginger Marmalade can be traced back to 1960, when a Buderim Ginger employee, Mick, spent a day experimenting in the lab that resulted in the spread that we know today.

Established in 1941 as fine purveyors of all things ginger, Buderim Ginger is 74 years old. It was founded by five Queensland farmers in 1941 and now, still adding to its range of good things, is about to launch a new breed of thirst-quencher - its boutique Buderim Ginger Beer.
