Fancy a good long walk? One that might take you across many countries and several continents? It may not be as easy as you might think. Turns out the longest pedestrian distance between two points on the Earth’s surface is a massive 14,334 mile trek. That's about three years to complete, posing a great number of likely hazards to encounter within every border crossed. The fascinating animated series RealLifeLore shows Joseph Pisenti taking a look at all the geographical and financial challenges that would arise should someone ever attempt to build a road around the world – connecting Europe, Asia, and Africa with each other and with North and South Americas.
