New Zealand's upcoming food festival, 'Visa Wellington on a Plate' has launched its mission to find Australasia's most passionate foodie. The winner will join the festival for 17 days and is invited to blog about their experiences with a busy schedule in the pipeline of exclusive foodie events. This culinary festival is looking for the ultimate foodie. It’s a dream assignment for a foodie who has staying power and a winning way with words, with travel, accommodation and a full 17-day schedule of culinary experiences valued at over NZ$10,000. up for grabs, Visa Wellington On a Plate (VWOAP) has launched a trans-Tasman mission to find a passionate foodie to spread the word about New Zealand’s largest and tastiest culinary festival. The winner will join the festival for 17 days, participating in a schedule of exclusive events and blogging about the experiences.
Entries are open to anyone in Australia or New Zealand and the winner can bring a partner or friend with them. Entries close on Sunday 25 May. Visa Wellington On a Plate culinary festival runs from 15 - 31 August 2014. The full programme will be launched in June, and will see the return of popular favourites and a range of fresh ingredients. The 2013 festival menu included over 220 eateries and events.
