Options available include learning the fine art of Chinese dim sum, enhancing your personal sommelier skills at the 8th Estate Winery and exploring the tastes of Hong Kong's oldest neighbourhoods.
Foodie Tour Accompanied by a licensed tour guide and local foodie this new walking food tour explores the tastes of the old neighbourhoods of Central and Sheung Wan. Savour Cantonese cuisine at selected eateries while learning about the lifestyle, history and culture of the people living in Asia's World City.
The 8th Estate Winery Hong Kong's first and only winery, the 8th Estate Winery is unlike any other in Asia. A fully functional urban winery, the 8th Estate imports grapes from premier wine regions around the world to produce the wine locally. Easy 123 Easy 123 is a new dining and cooking studio bringing you a fun and knowledgeable cooking experience with a team of professional chefs and instructors. Learn how to make traditional dim sum and for fun create cartoon shaped characters that not only look cute but also taste delicious.
6Senses Chief instructor, Denice Wai shares her culinary skills and lifelong enthusiasm for food at this new cooking school. Classes range from simple Chinese to Summer Seafood and Asian desserts, participants will leave with full stomachs and a passion to recreate the dishes at home. |
