Now here is a recipe for success! Take several culinary stars, mix them with a rich platter of local regional produce, and serve it amongst the vines within reach of the sea.
From November 16-18, the Margaret River Gourmet Escape makes its annual reappearance in the southern Western Australian winery region.
As well as many chefs from around the country, overseas cookery stars include Rick Stein, Nigella Lawson and Skye Gyngell.
The Gourmet Village, the heart of Margaret River Gourmet Escape presented by Westpac, offers guests a rich food and wine experience at Leeuwin Estate Winery on Saturday 17 and Sunday 18 November. The Gourmet Village’s pop-up restaurants are always hugely popular and a chance for visitors to taste their way around some of the region and WA’s best and most exciting restaurants.
