Usually shot at night, the art-images use long exposures and capture complex sequences of precisely choreographed movements. The unique results are spectacular. The first part of the book describes the evolution of the process and how Woellert and Miedza developed this art form over several years. With imaginations thus whetted, after a middle section demonstrating the many possibilities of LAPP, the final section shares some of the technical secrets with photographer-artists who would also like to try their skills in the field.
