High Teas, Victoria |
While afternoon tea was a favourite pastime in Victorian England, it seems the habit has passed on to modern-day Victoria in Australia, as this roundup will show. More than just the usual list of five, here we have a bunch of them - or maybe in keeping with the theme, we can think of it as a three-tiered cake-stand of them!
(pic: Hotel Windsor) Five Best classic high teas The Hotel Windsor - the classic choice, the hotel has been serving elegant afternoon teas since opening in 1883. Myer Mural Hall - held in the art deco ballroom the last Sunday of every month, guests are entertained with live classical music and stunning art history.
