Stay in a Swiss igloo

If you're planning a trip to Switzerland, no doubt you are thinking about creamy cheeses, smooth chocolate, wines and mountain views. Maybe some skiing, too.

But now you can also include this extraordinary overnight experience in an igloo in Mount Titlis when booking a two-night mid-week special for stays between 5 January and 10 April 2015. On the first night, guests will enjoy their stay at the Berghotel Trubsee in a double room, a sauna session, indulge in a fabulous four-course dinner meal, and wake up to a typical Swiss buffet breakfast.

Guests will then start the second day with a snowshoe trek, then relax and take in the surrounds in a hot whirlpool bath, and meet some locals over a traditional fondue dinner before finally retiring for the night in a cosy igloo.
