From city laneways and beaches to Coonawarra shearing sheds and the Adelaide Central Market - the inaugural Adelaide Food & Wine Festival will offer eight days of mouth-watering events across the state from April 6 to 14, featuring the abundant produce that South Australia has to offer.

A convivial feast after hours in the iconic Adelaide Central Market will kick off the event and the next day over 20 rock star winemakers will converge in Adelaide's East End for an urban laneway taste fest with DJ beats and food truck eats.

It will be a busy food and wine-filled week, capped off on Sunday 14 April with the Sumptuous Regional Celebration taking place across South Australia's bountiful regions. Pack the car and make a trip of it. Head to the Hills for Hills Harvest Beats, revel in the Riverland for Walk on the Wildside, mooch in McLaren Vale at the Porchetta Party, enjoy the beauty of the Barossa at Seppeltsfield Centenary Tasting or join the country ladies at Sips in the Sticks in Coonawarra.
