Wholistic Harvest 2012 Calendar |
The first calendar from Wholistic Harvest™, created to celebrate the changing seasons and nature's harvest, was launched at The Age Harvest Picnic at Werribee Park in 2011. The 2012 calendar again features original, hand-written quotations and photographs. It is printed on 100 percent recycled paper using vegetable-based inks. The calendar retails at $22.50 and is the perfect gift for foodie lovers. This is a work of art and love by country people who state simply "nowhere is our symbiotic relationship with nature more visible than at home on the farm. Mother nature is a pantry, a medicine chest, a wardrobe; a source of shelter, warmth and solace. She provides our basic needs." The beautiful photographs each month this year feature herbs and tips for their use for health and wellbeing. Established in Victoria's south-west to encourage a simpler more fulfilling way of life, Wholistic Harvest™ "aims to enrich the everyday with an expanding range of functional beautiful products inspired by .. and created from - nature". What better way to remember this, every day in 2012 than by using this calendar. Available from: http://wholisticharvest.blogspot.com/ and selected stockists, $22.50 |
