What a state to be in!

Give yourself a tick if you guessed that this ‘Tick of health’ is for Tasmania’s clean and green brand. Tasmania’s latest brand check-up has returned a diagnosis of ‘excellent health’.

The survey from all corners of Australia and 33 other countries found that Beautiful, Clean, and Natural were the words most used to describe Tasmania.

From a food-lover's point of view, the news is great, too. The clean air and water of Australia's smallest state, its cool weather paired with brilliant sunshine, and the many artisan chefs and dedicated growers means that dining here is a real treat. For others, shopping in the markets and stores yields great choices and surprises. Best advice: take a shopping bag (or three!) when you visit.
